Let’s play: hands-on self-paced discovery of Web 2.0 tools - Overview

Adapted by Elizabeth Greef from the original
23 things program of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County Library and Learning 2.0: learning through play, a program that has gone viral in a good way from the original inspiring post of Stephen Abrams in February 2006, 43 things I might want to do this year. This program has been adapted with the permission of Helene Blowers of the CMC Library.

During this program you will be using a number of logins and passwords. Develop a system for keeping these, a small alphabetically indexed book, an exercise book, a spreadsheet or a diary page.

The main purpose of this professional development program is to spend time on self-directed learning to become more familiar with Web 2.0 tools and to reflect on their potential use for educational purposes.
